- The bestiary now flags every enemy as encountered (allowing them to appear in the bestiary) on game load.

.- The code for formation and bestiary menu entries have been offloaded to separate twee files.
- The
encountered
flag for bestiary entries is now flipped incallEncounter
instead of theEnemy
constructor. - Added documentation for the bestiary in Additional Features.
- Fixed a glitch that prevented bestiary objects from reviving correctly.
