Updated to the newer, faster engine, made a few stat adjustments, and fixed some minor text glitches.

• Updated to engine version 0.99.
• Added special flavor text for a 10-point Soulshot.
• Exacerbate's weight boost per ailment up to 0.35 (from 0.25), making it more useful.
• Downfall's weight boost per buff up to 0.25 (from 0.2).
• Dipper and Darwin now have slightly different stat layouts.
• Forsaken's flavor text now uses the target's correct pronouns.
• Fixed a text glitch in the action text of Curse.
